Saltus Associates knows that architecture is more than designing buildings. We  work with our clients to craft memorable spaces.  We provide quality service and good value to our clients.

At Saltus Associates, we believe the success of any project is client satisfaction. Getting to know and understand  our clients  is the first step. We then integrate the client's wants and needs into a workable solution while addressing points of sensitivity and adding design elements that make that project unique. The design approach is client inclusive and is in direct response to project specific factors such as the site, building type, owner's budget and most importantly, the owner's goal and vision. 

We apply sound principles of design to deliver spaces that are functional and visually inspiring to those who will use them.

We believe the success of any project involves collaborating with the team ( designers, engineers, contractors and the like) to bring the client's vision to life...client satisfaction!

Charlita Saltus is a registered architect and one of the first female Bermudian architects. She has over twenty years of experience and a full resume of diverse projects: small to large-scale residential and commercial developments. She is committed to providing quality service and good value to her clients.
